Sales & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms of purchase, cancellation, and refund for all services offered through narandes.com, including private sessions, group breathwork, retreats, workshops, and trainings.
By completing a purchase or registration, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms
All prices are listed in USD or CAD depending on the service.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Squarespace Commerce.
Once your registration or purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details related to your session, retreat, or training.
2. Private Sessions
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your private session up to 48 hours in advance by contacting us at contact@narandes.com
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are considered non-refundable.
3. Group Events, Workshops & Evenings
Due to limited space and preparation requirements:
Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if you inform us at least 48 hours before the event.
In the unlikely case that the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
4. Retreats
Retreat registrations require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before the retreat unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, you may request to transfer your deposit to a future event (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel issues, etc.), you may contact us before the start date— discretion applies.
If the retreat is canceled by the organizer (for example due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure), a full refund will be issued.
5. Trainings
Enrollment in a professional training program (such as the Awareness Breathwork Professional Training) constitutes a commitment to the full duration of the program.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Training payments are non-refundable once the program has begun, except in exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment plans must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule.
If a training is postponed or canceled by the organizer, all payments received will be either refunded in full or credited toward a future cohort, at your choice.
6. Digital Products & Online Offerings
All digital or downloadable materials (e.g., recordings, online programs, or resources) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
7. Contact for Refund Requests
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please write to contact@narandes.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
8. Updates to This Policy
