Awareness Breathwork Professional Training — 6-Month Foundational Program

A 6-month journey into the art and practice of Awareness Breathwork.
This foundational training weaves breathwork, somatic awareness, and inquiry into a grounded, trauma-informed pathway for personal and professional growth.
Open to those who wish to deepen their own healing or begin facilitating sessions for others.
