Awareness Breathwork Training

There is a kind of training that adds more to you.

This is not that kind.

This training begins where most trainings stop. Not with what to do in a session, but with what it means to be present in one. The breath is the doorway. Inquiry is what walks through it.

Do you feel the call to go deeper?

You may already be supporting others through yoga, therapy, coaching, bodywork, or simply through your presence.
Or maybe you are not doing any of that, but you feel the call to grow, to be of service, to live in a way that contributes.

To guide others begins with knowing how to meet yourself.

Some people who come to this training are already holding space for others.

Some are not, but feel something pulling them toward that kind of contribution.

Some simply know that the way they meet themselves needs to change before anything else can.

All of them belong here.

To guide others begins with knowing how to meet yourself.

That is not a prerequisite. It is the training itself.

This training is recognized as an Ethically Compliant Breathwork Training Program by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

What makes this training different

It is not about learning to teach, it is about learning to be present.

It is not about learning to teach. It is about learning to be present.

We cover the nervous system, the breath, emotional release, altered states, and how to ground them. We practice facilitation, communication, and holding space for others.

But underneath all of it runs the same thread. You cannot guide someone somewhere you have not been willing to go yourself.

This training does not ask you to perform competence. It asks you to stay. With yourself first. With others when they come.

What Shapes This Work

A living journey that keeps revealing itself through practice and presence

My understanding of this work has grown through years of exploration, practicing and studying different approaches to breathwork, awareness, and healing. From each tradition I took what felt true and life giving, weaving together an approach that is both experiential and grounded.

Alongside facilitation I have also shared theory and understanding, helping others see how breath, emotions, and the nervous system interconnect. But beyond any technique or framework, what I share comes from lived experience. From the same path of honesty, surrender, and curiosity that this training invites.

This work continues to teach me every day. I do not stand above it. I walk within it, alongside those who feel the call to explore.

A complete and embodied curriculum

This is a 6 month foundational training within a 400 hour professional certification pathway. It combines in person modules, experiential practice, mentoring, and integration work. The full pathway unfolds over a minimum of two years and is not a standalone certification.

Structure and depth

We explore the nervous system, the intelligence of the breath, and the dynamics of emotional release. The focus is not only on what happens in a session but on learning to recognize the quiet shifts that unfold in real time.

Curriculum Overview

A six month foundational training preparing you to facilitate both individual and group sessions, rooted in presence, somatic awareness, and the capacity to stay with what is here.

Breath and inquiry

At the heart of this training lies the union of breathwork and self inquiry. Breath opens the body. Inquiry brings understanding. Together they create a space where transformation becomes real, not through intensity but through clarity.

Training Outline

A five-module journey

Module 1 – Foundations of Breath and Awareness

We begin with the breath itself. How it moves, what it reveals, and how it connects to the intelligence of the nervous system.

This module builds the foundation of safety, self regulation, and honest self observation that everything else rests on.

  • Breathwork foundations

  • Self-inquiry

  • Nervous system awareness.

  • Breathing physiology and safety

  • Ethics of facilitation

Module 2 – Emotional Release and Nervous System Intelligence

We meet what the body has been holding.

This module explores how emotions move through us and how the breath supports their integration. We develop the steadiness to stay with intensity, in ourselves first, and then in others.

  • Development of facilitation skills

  • Session structure

  • Communication

  • Emotional Processing

Module 3 – Breathwork,
Inquiry, and Consciousness

We explore what happens when breath and inquiry meet. This module moves beyond the search for experience into direct self understanding.

We examine altered states, how to recognize them, how to ground them, and how to help others integrate what has opened.

  • Advanced practice

  • Trauma-informed presence

  • Working with intensity

  • Client dynamics

Module 4 – Facilitation Practice and Relational Dynamics

We bring the work into contact with others. Through practice sessions, feedback, and honest reflection, we refine the art of holding space.

We look at projection, transference, boundaries, and what it means to truly listen.

  • Supervised client practice

  • Relational dynamics

  • Feedback and integration

  • Working with real clients

Module 5 – Integration and Embodiment

We consolidate. Not by adding more but by letting what has been learned settle into the body and into daily life.

This final module is about becoming someone who lives the work, not only facilitates it.

  • Professional practice

  • Boundaries and ethics

  • Practitioner-client relationship

  • Establishing a breathwork practice

What we walk away with

⥉ Discover the intelligence of the body and the breath

We learn to track the breath, read its patterns, and recognize how the nervous system, emotions, and awareness interconnect. We develop the capacity to support regulation, grounding, and release through the intelligence of the body.

⟴ Cultivate the art of facilitation

We develop the sensitivity and steadiness to support both individuals and groups. We learn to guide sessions safely, stay with emotional processes, and hold clear boundaries without losing presence.

⥕ Bridge experience and understanding

We learn to bring breathwork and self inquiry together in a way that leads to real integration, not just powerful experiences.

We guide others with integrity, rooted in our own lived understanding.

⥓ Professional pathway

Completing this foundational training marks the first phase of the 400 hour Awareness Breathwork Professional Certification Pathway. The full pathway requires a minimum of two years of active training including supervised practice, mentorship, and integration.

Graduates who complete the full pathway are eligible to apply for recognition as Certified Breathwork Practitioners through the GPBA and the International Breathwork Foundation.
